EnsiFerm
EnsiFerm is a complex lactic acid culture that also contains probiotic metabolites from organic mung beans. These are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and enzymes that strengthen animal health.
Microbe Factory EnsiFerm is a complex consortium of living lactic acid bacteria that produce a wide range of probiotic, bioactive and health-promoting substances, including antioxidants, vitamins, enzymes, organic acids and amino acids. EnsiFerm promotes a healthy gut flora and strengthens the immune system and animal health. As a probiotic supplement, the product counteracts heating, rotting and oxidation and produces feed with a long shelf life. EnsiFerm gives consistent results as a silage additive, because the active microbes quickly steer the process in the right direction while suppressing pathogenic species.
How to use EnsiFerm
- As a silage additive in the green crop (grass, maize, whole-crop cereals), applied in the mower-conditioner – 2 L per tonne
- Grain preservation – 2 L per tonne
- In the feed mix – stabilises the feed, counteracts heating and strengthens the animals' stomach and gut flora – 2 L per tonne
- In the calf milk – 200 ml per calf per day
- Teat dip – spray with concentrate
- Spray concentrate on wounds on the body, hooves, eyes, etc.
- In the drinking water for all animals
EnsiFerm as a silage additive
Spray the microbes on directly at the grass harvest, i.e. in the mower-conditioner or with a sprayer straight afterwards – to counteract heating and optimise feed quality.
